We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; every body is different as is their pleasure preference.
We will only replace items which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund/online credit.
Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!
New Zealand customers please note that because all orders are charged to your credit card in AUD, any refund applicable will also occur in AUD and due to currency fluctuations from the time of your original order you may find a slight discrepancy between your order amount in NZD and refund amount in NZD.
To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
